I suggest you book the airfare to Manila and hotel in Angeles City separately. In most of SE Asia, there is not much point of making strict arrangements, except maybe in high season (which March is not). Angeles is a very peculiar city, so if you it's not quite what you expect, you might want to go elsewhere (which you can't on a package). You should be able to find an OK hotel for ~$20/night, and the airfare is likely ~$850 on travelocity. Maybe you can look at the internet for a nice & a bit more expensive place for the first night, and then just walk around and switch to another cheaper place you like. Reservations are not really required, you can almost always just walk in. BTW, if you like Angeles, consider Pattaya, Thailand... airfares are a bit cheaper, and it has a beach, which Angeles doesn't!

Fare results are without taxes but after comparing results with other web sites, I find results from this website cheaper. Manila is 120 km (75 miles) away from Angeles City. You can go to this link for a hotel in Clark near Angeles City: http://www.ichotelsgroup.com/h/d/6c/1/en/hd/clfrp. The hotel offers a pick up service from Manila Airport for a fee. If you can find an airline that flies to Clark International Airport, you'll be a few miles away from Angeles City. Try getting Asiana Airlines as the last leg of your flight since it flies to Clark from Seoul. Enjoy your stay in the Philippines!
